   Concerto is a SaaS application that enables collaborative review of audio content. By using Concerto, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

   a. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
   b. You agree to use Concerto only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
   c. You are solely responsible for the content you upload to Concerto and must ensure that you have the necessary rights and permissions to do so.

3. Intellectual Property
   a. You retain 100% ownership of the audio content you upload to Concerto.
   b. By uploading content to Concerto, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display the content solely for the purpose of providing the Concerto service.
   c. Concerto retains all intellectual property rights in the application and its features.

4. Subscription and Payment
   a. Concerto offers a free tier with limited capabilities and storage.
   b. Paid subscriptions are available for increased storage and additional features.
   c. Payment terms and subscription details will be provided during the signup process and may be updated from time to time.

5. Termination
   a. You may request the deletion of your account and all associated content at any time.
   b. Concerto reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms of Service.

6. Limitation of Liability
   a. Concerto is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
   b. In no event shall Concerto be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the application.
